CORPORATE CV

Someday I’ll create a one-woman show, an interpretative dance recounting the odyssey into the corporate oddity. I’ll embed the video right here. Until then, please forgive my one-dimensional representation.

In a nutshell, I’ve had a wide-range of work experience. Starting out as employee #5 at Datek Online Brokerage Services, I launched a career at this scrappy Wall Street start-up because I needed a job and my friend was the founder. Lucky me! I struck gold. The company laid the groundwork for what is now online banking and investing, and I had the privilege and honor of being a member of the leadership team. Two years before Ameritrade acquired Datek, I stepped into a newly formed function called Internal Communications; it’s basically a dream job for an empath who cares about people and is good with words.

Read on for bulleted highlights of my career journey, below. It will give you a taste of my work experience and background. And contact me if you want to discuss over coffee. It’s much more fun that way.
